Welcome to the Kidulan 3rd Anniversary Celebration.
By purchasing an eligible Kidulan Gift Card during the campaign period and participating in this campaign, you agree to these Campaign Terms & Conditions in addition to the Kidulan Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Campaign
The Kidulan 3rd Anniversary Celebration has been organized to celebrate three years of Kidulan and to thank our customers for their continued trust and support.
Customers who purchase eligible Kidulan Gift Cards during the campaign period may become eligible for the campaign rewards, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
Campaign Starts:
July 5, 2026
Campaign Ends:
July 15, 2026
Only eligible Gift Card purchases successfully completed during the campaign period will qualify for participation.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to customers who:
• Purchase an eligible Kidulan Gift Card during the campaign period.
• Successfully complete payment.
• Receive a valid Celebration Entry ID.
• Comply with these Campaign Terms & Conditions.
• Successfully complete any verification requested by Kidulan.
Kidulan reserves the right to reject or disqualify any ineligible participation.
4. Participation Process
• Every eligible Gift Card purchase will receive one unique Celebration Entry ID.
• Each eligible Gift Card purchase is treated as a separate campaign entry.
• The Celebration Entry ID will be shared digitally after successful purchase.
• Customers are responsible for keeping their Celebration Entry ID safe until completion of the campaign.
5. Campaign Rewards
The Kidulan 3rd Anniversary Celebration includes the following rewards:

6. Reward Selection Process
• Eligible recipients will be selected through a computerized random selection process conducted using the Drawrilla platform under the supervision of Kidulan.
• Only verified eligible entries will participate in the reward selection process.
• The reward selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently.
• Subject to applicable law, Kidulan's decision regarding campaign administration and verified recipients shall be final.
7. Winner Verification
Before rewards are released, Kidulan may request:
• Government-issued identity proof
• Order verification
• Registered mobile number verification
• Email verification
• Address verification (where required)
• Any additional information reasonably required to confirm eligibility
Failure to complete verification may result in delay or disqualification, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
8. Winner Announcement
The reward selection event is scheduled for:
July 20, 2026
Verified recipients will be announced through Kidulan's official communication channels after completion of the verification process.
Only announcements made through Kidulan's official website and verified social media accounts shall be considered official.
9. Prize Distribution
The official prize distribution ceremony is scheduled for:
July 25, 2026
Kidulan reserves the right to modify the venue, schedule or method of prize distribution if required due to operational, legal or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Reward Acceptance & Transfer
• Campaign rewards are non-transferable.
• Any transfer request submitted by a verified recipient will be considered solely at Kidulan's discretion.
• Such requests must be supported by a written application, email confirmation and any supporting documents requested by Kidulan.
• No transfer shall be processed without Kidulan's written approval.
11. Unable to Contact a Recipient
If a verified recipient cannot initially be contacted:
• Kidulan will make reasonable attempts using the contact information provided during purchase.
• The reward will remain on hold while verification and communication efforts continue.
• Further action will be taken in accordance with Kidulan's internal campaign procedures and applicable law.
12. Taxes
• Taxes applicable to products purchased using the Kidulan Gift Card shall be charged at the time of product purchase in accordance with applicable laws.
• Participants are responsible for complying with any tax obligations that may arise from receiving campaign rewards, if required under applicable law.
13. Fraud Prevention
Kidulan reserves the right to:
• Investigate suspicious transactions.
• Cancel fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• Reject participation involving payment fraud or system misuse.
• Request additional verification whenever required.
• Cancel participation obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means.
14. Disqualification
Kidulan reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Violates these Campaign Terms & Conditions.
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the campaign.
• Uses fraudulent payment methods.
• Engages in any activity that compromises the integrity of the campaign.
15. Publicity
Subject to applicable law and participant consent where required, verified recipients may be requested to participate in promotional activities including photographs, videos, interviews or testimonials relating to the campaign.
16. Changes to the Campaign
Kidulan reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or discontinue the campaign due to technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any material changes will be communicated through Kidulan's official communication channels.
17. Limitation of Liability
Kidulan shall not be liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, payment gateway issues, communication delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect participation in the campaign.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Campaign Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Kidulan's registered place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
