Return Policy (7 Days)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Kidulan follows a No Questions Asked Return Policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Must have original tags intact
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, you can:

Once your return is approved, we will share:
- Return instructions
- Pickup or shipping details
Note: Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only applicable for products where return/replacement is explicitly mentioned on the product page.
Damaged or Wrong Products
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong item
Contact us immediately, and we will resolve it on priority.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear, diapers, and hygiene-related baby products
- Used or washed products
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order after return approval
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 2–4 working days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued in case of:
- Successful return pickup
- Order cancellation before shipment
