KIDULAN GIFT CARD Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Kidulan Gift Card Program. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, use and redemption of the Kidulan Gift Card. By purchasing or redeeming a Kidulan Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Kidulan Gift Card
• The Kidulan Gift Card is a digital prepaid gift card issued by Kidulan.com.
• It can be used to purchase eligible products available on Kidulan.com in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Kidulan Gift Card is a standalone digital product and may also be associated with promotional campaigns conducted by Kidulan. Any such campaign will be governed separately under its respective Campaign Terms & Conditions.
2. Gift Card Delivery
• Gift Cards are delivered digitally after successful payment confirmation.
• Delivery will be made to the registered email address and/or mobile number provided during purchase.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information while placing the order.
• In case of any delivery issues, customers should contact Kidulan Customer Support.
3. Gift Card Redemption
• Kidulan Gift Cards can only be redeemed on Kidulan.com.
• Enter the Gift Card code during checkout to redeem the available balance.
• If the order value exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the available payment methods.
• Partial redemption is supported. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain available for future purchases.
4. Gift Card Validity
• The Kidulan Gift Card currently has no expiry date and may be redeemed at any time unless otherwise notified by Kidulan.
• Kidulan reserves the right to modify this policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Multiple Gift Cards
• Customers may purchase multiple Kidulan Gift Cards in a single order.
• Each Gift Card is issued with its own unique Gift Card code.
• During checkout, only one Gift Card can be redeemed per transaction.
• Customers owning multiple Gift Cards may redeem them one at a time across separate eligible purchases.
• Gift Card balances cannot be merged, transferred between Gift Cards, or combined into a single Gift Card unless expressly permitted by Kidulan.
6. Gift Card Ownership
• Every Kidulan Gift Card is issued with a unique Gift Card code.
• The purchaser is responsible for keeping the Gift Card code secure and confidential.
• A Gift Card may be gifted or transferred to another individual by sharing the Gift Card code.
• The person who presents a valid and unused Gift Card code for redemption will be considered the authorized holder of that Gift Card.
• Kidulan shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use, loss, theft, accidental disclosure or misuse of a Gift Card resulting from the code being shared or accessed by another person.
• Gift Card ownership cannot be disputed after successful redemption using a valid Gift Card code.
• Customers are advised not to share their Gift Card code unless they intend to gift or transfer the Gift Card.
7. Eligible Products
• Gift Cards may be redeemed against eligible products sold directly through Kidulan.com.
• Kidulan reserves the right to exclude selected products, collections, promotional items or services from Gift Card redemption whenever required.
8. Coupons & Promotional Offers
• Kidulan Gift Cards cannot be used together with coupon codes, promotional discounts or other offer codes unless specifically stated by Kidulan.
• Additional promotional terms may apply during selected campaigns.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Gift Card purchases are non-refundable once successfully issued.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer or any other payment method.
• If an order purchased using a Gift Card is cancelled or refunded in accordance with Kidulan's Return & Refund Policy, the eligible refund amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card.
• Refunds will always be returned to the Gift Card balance and will not be issued in cash or to any other payment instrument.
10. Lost, Stolen or Shared Gift Cards
• Customers are responsible for keeping their Gift Card code safe.
• Kidulan is not responsible for any unauthorized redemption resulting from the loss, theft, forwarding or sharing of the Gift Card code.
• Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Anyone with access to the Gift Card code may be able to redeem it.
11. Fraud Prevention
Kidulan reserves the right to:
• Cancel Gift Cards obtained through fraudulent means.
• Suspend suspicious transactions.
• Request customer identity verification whenever necessary.
• Reject or refuse redemption where fraud, abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Cancel any Gift Card issued due to technical errors, pricing errors or system misuse.
12. Technical Issues
If you experience any issue while redeeming your Gift Card, please contact Kidulan Customer Support with:
• Order ID
• Gift Card Code
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address
Our team will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
13. Modification of Terms
Kidulan reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on Kidulan.com shall prevail.
14. Limitation of Liability
Kidulan shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, technical failures, system maintenance, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting the purchase, delivery or redemption of Gift Cards.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of the Kidulan Gift Card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Kidulan's registered place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
